Boice finally won the contest after 15 attempts The nonprofit Tri-Valley Conservancy has once again asked photographers to go out and capture the beauty of the Tri-Valley. The organization has sponsored its fifth annual "Freeze Frame!" photography competition through Friday. Organizers are looking for Amy Schneider is a staff writer for Eugene Weekly. The Super Farmer contest is a fun event where participants can show off their skills. There are four to team with two divisions. Youth is ages 5-7. General is 2 members ages 8-13, and 2 members 14 and older, with both genders represented on the team. Submissions are open only to legal residents of the United States who physically reside within Polk County and who are thirteen (18) years of age or older at the time of submission.
