veteran photographer Mark Chester can tell some interesting stories about the photos making up his latest project, "The Bay State: A Multicultural Landscape, Photographs of New Americans." So far, Mr. Chester has taken photographs of about 350 people from The Photographic Society of Chattanooga will host Bill Campbell on Thursday, Aug. 20.
